DNA Helpdesk is part of the DNA Asset Management suite and fully integrates with this and NetSupport Manager Remote Control, providing support technicians with a unified suite of core service desk tools.
To reduce the workload of support staff, Incidents are submitted directly into the system by email and resolutions are stored within a searchable knowledge-base.
DNA Helpdesk is an entirely web based solution and is available as a standalone product, or as an integrated module of DNA Asset Manager.
DNA Helpdesk can be configured to meet customers' requirements, allowing the creation of user defined data fields and views. However, in many cases is suitable straight out of the box.
