Licensing

NetSupport Manager is licensed simply on the bases of the number of installations on machines.

1 (one) licence allows the installation of any or all of the following components on a single machine

• NetSupport Client
• NetSupport Control
• NetSupport Gateway

Any installation of any of the components on a single machine, requires a licence.

Licensing is NOT based on concurrent usage but on installations.

Pricing

NetSupport Manager is priced per licence with categrories providing volume discounts reflecting the quantity purchased.

Existing Customers
Where a Software Maintenance Contract has NOT purchased, the prices for additional  licences purchased reflect the quantity being purchased at that transaction.

Where existing customers have maintenance contracts, the volume discount will be based upon the total currently yon maintenance plus the new quantity purchased and the new maintenance contract will be pro-rated to expire at the same time as existing licences.

A new licence key will be issued, replacing the previous licence and will reflect the total new quantity.
