If you need technical help, Optimus UK can provide you with remote assistance using an Internet connection and the latest remote connection technology from NetSupport Ltd.

They can then initiate a remote connection session to your PC, allowing further assistance. (subject to your authorisation)

 

Security Notes:

  • No connection is possible without your authorisation.
  • Termination of the session results in the removal of all remote control components.
  • No further conenction is possible,  without a new session being started and subsequent re-authorisation.
