For PC-Duo Remote Control customers wishing to migrate to NetSupport Manager (NSM)Remote Control, Optimus provide a script file which runs under NSM, to clean up and remove components of the PC-Duo installation after the installation of NSM. PC-Duo Remote Control should NOT be simply uninstalled, following the migration, as this will remove NSM component files.
Contact Optimus for assistance and the clean-up script files.
