Administrator Interface
The Helpdesk Administrator Interface provides an easy to use and visually well organised layout, allowing the IT technician to view at a glance, all the information they need.
The icon tool bar gives access to important frequently used functionality and where appropriate, is relative to the currently selected ticket.
Below the icon bar is the query generator - this provides a powerful way to select and group queries according to your required selection criteria, and save the queries for future use.
Issue Summary List
Issues are listed in single line summaries, with the data categories displayed according to the chosen layout. (Notice thatthe layour below contains different fields frm thosedisplayed in the whole screen shot above.)
Detail View
When a ticket is selected int he the summary view or by explicity searching on a particuler incident number, the details view displays addtional information organised on diffeent tabbed views.
This helps anlaysts to organise data in a way that suit thems, and the avaialbole tabs can be configured.
