Frequently, machines used for testing are reserved for just that, and do not provide a “clean”  environment, having remnants of previous tests which can interfere with other software.

All of this add up to a less than perfect proof of concept and unnecessary costs to your business.

 

A New Way to Identify Software Candidtates for Detailed Review

Optimus have been providing evaluations to customers for over 15 years and recognise that for many applications, the customer does not need to have the software installed to make initial selection to their short list.

That's why for all of the major application we sell, we provide Web Hosted On-Line Evaluations on Virtual Machines.

The Process
Customers can request access to a fresh installation of a virtual machine, with the software pre-installed.
Simply chose this option from the evaluation method for each product and we will contact you and organise the resources, your allocated evaluation period and your login details.

Depending upon which application you wish to test, your login will either be to a browser interface into the application, or a browser based Active -X client to access the machine desktop.

During your evaluation, only designated employees from your company and Optimus staff will have access to this machine and it will be deleted at the end of you evaluation period.
